Falling Waters WV is an unincorporated census-designated place on the Potomac River in Berkeley County, West Virginia. It is located along Williamsport Pike north of Martinsburg. Great location -10 minutes from Williamsport Md, 15 minutes to Hagerstown or Martinsburg. It takes about 35 minutes to get to Winchester, Frederick or Chambersburg, so it is pretty centrally located.
